Terms & Conditions
Guests must comply with the following rules of this policy.
By making a reservation, you declare full knowledge and unreserved acceptance of this accommodation policy.
- Customer Behaviour Guests are asked to behave themselves decently, not to create problems in the orderly operation of the hotel and to respect the quiet hours. The hotel reserves the right to refuse access or to terminate hospitality to any person who does not comply with the rules of this policy. In such a case, the hotel is not obliged to pay any compensation. In case of damage of the room or its equipment, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of any damage suffered.
- Valuables The hotel provides you with a safe box located inside every room so you can keep your valuables. As a result, the hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of any valuable item.
- People with Disabilities With full respect to our customers, we inform you that there are stairs in the hotel premises and there is no elevator. Ground floor rooms are accessible to guests with disabilities and there is a room specifically designed for people with disabilities. Please inform us ahead so we can make the necessary arrangements.
- Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel as well as in any interior area in Greece. In case of a violation of the regulation, the hotel will charge your account with a cleaning fee of €250.
- Pets Pets are allowed in the hotel at an extra fee of 30€/night at the price of the room. Please inform us ahead in case you bring a pet with you.
- Children All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay in cots/cribs provided by the hotel, upon availability. The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1. There is an extra fee of 5€/night for cot/crib. Please inform us ahead to arrange availability.
- Extra person/bed Extra person in the room is accepted, depending on the size of the room. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. There is an extra fee of 20% on the room price for extra person/bed. Please inform us ahead to arrange availability.
- Arrival – Departure Check in: 14:00 – 21:00 & Check Out: 08:00 – 11:00. Please note in case you intend to arrive to the hotel very late or very early you will need to inform us in advance so we can confirm to you, if check in would be possible.
- Internet WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
- Parking The hotel has a private parking area, in a distance of 200m from the hotel facilities. Parking is free for the guests of the hotel. The parking area is open 24/7.
- Umbrellas/Sun lounges All guests of the hotel can pre-arrange for umbrellas and sun lounges available at the beach in front of the hotel.
Payment Policy
In order to guarantee your reservation, we require a deposit of 40% of the total cost of your stay. Balance payment of 60% is paid 30 days before the reservation date.
Room prices do not include environmental tax (€5 per night), payable at the hotel on arrival.
Rouda Bay Hotel maintains the right to change the published prices in the network place any moment, without previous notice.
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to modify or cancel your booking, please contact us. The following terms apply:
- Absence of the guest at the hotel (no show): 100% of the total cost of reservation will be withheld.
- Cancellation 0 - 15 days before the date of arrival in the hotel: 60% of the total cost of the reservation will be withheld.
- Cancellation 16 - 30 days before the date of arrival in the hotel: 40% of total cost of the reservation will be withheld.
- Cancellation more than 31 days before the arrival: Return of all sum of total cost of the reservation.
- Early check-out will result in a 100% loss of the cost of the remaining nights.
